Where do the Boudoir sessions take place?
My studio is located in beautiful Crown Point, Indiana. We are just 40 minutes from downtown Chicago and 2.5 hours from Downtown Indianapolis. We photograph women from all over Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin.
How much do I have to pay when I book my Boudoir or Session?
You will need to pay ½ the package price to hold your date and time. You will also have to pay the full cost of hair and makeup if you choose to add it to your session.
If I want more pictures than my package has, can I purchase additional images?
Yes, of course!
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! We have an in house, no interest payment plans. You will keep a credit card on file and it will be automatically charged till your balance is paid in full. Photos will only be released when the balance is paid in full
Is hair and makeup included with my boudoir session?
No our session do not include hair and makeup services, but hair and makeup can be added on to your session with enough notice
Can I bring a friend along to my session for moral support?
Absolutely YES, you can bring along one FEMALE friend to your session. Cause everything is more fun with a girlfriend. I just ask that they stay out of the way.
Do I have to wear lingerie?
No, you do not have to wear lingerie. Your options of what to wear are endless. Some people bring in dresses, jean jackets, leather jackets or their significant other's clothing or work clothing. It’s all up to you and but be sure you are 100% comfortable in what you are wearing, otherwise, it will show in your final images. We can set up a call before your session and I can help you figure out outfits.
I don’t know how to pose. I’m not a model. Help!
This is by far the biggest concern for most of my clients! Please don’t worry – as I’ve said before, I work with my clients through every pose during their session. Please understand that posing I ask you to do will NOT feel like just another afternoon of lounging around on your bed. I tell my clients that the poses will feel weird, and you could be sore the next day! But the final product will feel amazing! None of my clients are models, they are everyday women just like you.
How many outfits should I bring to my session?
It depends on the package you choose
Do you have outfits I can borrow?
No, while I do have a large client closet (over 250 items), the closet is reserved for my luxury boudoir experience clients
Do I have to share my photos online?
No, not unless you want to. All of the photos of the women you see online have signed a release that allows us to share their images. We take our clients privacy very seriously at our Indiana Boudoir Photography studio. Your privacy is our #1 priority
Do you offer digital images?
All of the packages we offer are digital packages. If you want a beautiful album, we have upgrade opportunities for boudoir little black books.
Do you Photoshop my images, I have cellulite/stretch marks/acne. Can you get rid of that?
At your online image reveal you will see a few edited images for reference, but the photos you chose will be completely edited. The images you choose, I will edit your images for color balance, light and exposure. I also airbrush your skin for a flawless look. I want my clients to look like themselves, just a bit more polished. Because this experience is a way to help you learn to love your body just the way it currently is, I will not do any body altering. I use lighting and posing to define the way I want your body to look. It is really important to me that me to love themselves the way they are and embrace themselves for who they are
